I’m not a full-fledged member of the Red Sox Nation, but I do have room in my heart for the Bosox and their long-suffering fans. A World Series repeat is a strong possibility and I am rooting for them.

In the original Da Vinci masterpiece, Judas is the apostle fourth from the left. It looks as if in this version, Manny Ramirez is assigned the role of betrayer. I suppose this is fitting, considering his chickensh*t trade demands last week. But Pedro Martinez might have been the more appropriate choice to play Judas. Instead, Pedro is seated next to Johnny Damon (aka Jesus Christ). This would be the "St. John spot" … or, according to "The Da Vinci Code," the "Mary Magdalene spot". Hey, Pedro, Who’s Your Daddy?
Forget about the deep theological subtext. One of these days, this poster will be as popular as Dogs Playing Poker, another all-time classic.
